Brad has the knowledge, vision and recognised project controls background to positively influence regional infrastructure development projects, providing innovative and future-proofed solutions.

He brings over 20 years’ experience both internationally and in New Zealand in complex horizontal and vertical infrastructure projects which have required highly technical, strategic and innovative approaches. His engineering and project experience captures transport, roading, water, maritime and coastal, tunnelling, new town and commercial buildings projects.

A Chartered Civil Engineer with globally recognised expertise and skills in the area of Programme and Project Controls Management, Brad has led teams across rail, public transport, and aviation infrastructure projects and programmes.

His exceptional reputation in the infrastructure/project control space gives our clients a unique skill set to support and spearhead their infrastructure projects.

Mark Hamilton brings over 21 years’ experience to our Auckland team. Creating enduring partnership platforms is very much part of Mark’s DNA – building the right teams with the right people to create lasting and trusted partnerships.

This approach is underlined by Mark’s wide experience in the industry, he’s worked with global leading brands on large scale workplace projects in Australasia, Asia and Europe. Mark’s predominant experience is in managing large scale fitouts and new builds, leading complex programmes of work. He has also stood at the coal face, forging his early career as a main contractor, so he understands the risks, challenges and drivers in today’s construction market.

Senior Project Manager

Claire brings a point of difference to our Auckland team with over 15 years’ experience in vertical and horizontal projects.

Claire’s career straddles both project management and infrastructure management roles, with a strong focus on commercial and major infrastructure projects in roading, airports and ports in New Zealand and Australia. Her experience in civil engineering site management is highly complementary to her project management skill base. Claire’s wide ranging project experience and expertise reflects her sector diversity and includes commercial offices, freight hubs, airport and roading infrastructure, tertiary teaching facilities and social housing.

Jamie brings 22 years’ experience in managing projects that have a strong emphasis on construction management and programming.  He’s worked at the coal face developing a deep skill base as a construction manager and has a strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.

Jamie has the proven capability to manage the entire project lifecycle and his project expertise is diverse across social housing, residential, council and retail projects. His experience on social housing projects for Kainga Ora is invaluable, and he adds to our teams’ deep capability, playing a key role on the Greys Avenue redevelopment project.

As a talented Project Manager, Milly is a core contributor within our Auckland project team. Her project experiences have grown in scale and complexity, reflecting her ownership of project outcomes.

Milly has gained valuable exposure to a range of projects including apartments, health, commercial, datacentres, fitouts and education projects. Milly is a great team player and builds an excellent rapport with clients and external team members. She was awarded Property Student of the Year at the University of Auckland in 2016. Her passion for the industry is obvious and she is a strong proponent for young graduates entering our industry.

Neil’s international experience on innovative and complex infrastructure projects in the energy sector is highly transferable knowledge that complemented his strong transition into project management.

Neil’s construction management and infrastructure project experience was developed over a career in South Africa, working on large scale energy sector projects and more recently on Auckland International Airport projects. He thrives in a project environment where problem solving, and strong technical thinking is an asset. Neil has a proven skill set in contract administration, construction methodology, programming, risk identification and construction management.
