Milly has strong experience in scale and complexity across a range of projects including apartments, terrace housing, health, commercial, data centres, fitouts and education. Milly quickly gains the confidence of both her client and respective team members.
Milly has a passion for projects beyond the typical phases and build. She sees opportunities in the construction sector to achieve broader outcomes, taking steps to educate clients and project teams about facets such as sustainability, social procurement and mental wellness.
Milly maintains a strong relationship with universities, regularly speaking to students about a career in the construction sector and Women in Property events.
