PCNZ Property Council Awards 2024 Winners

We’re celebrating all the exceptional TBIG projects recognised at the Property Council New Zealand (PCNZ) Property Industry Awards 2024.

It was an exiting night for TBIG at the PCNZ Awards with a selection of projects we’ve been involved with taking away wins across a wide range of categories.

The Property Industry Awards, held on Friday 14 June, celebrate excellence in design and innovation in the built environment and showcase superior examples of iconic projects. Award winners are recognised as the best of the best across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines, recognising outstanding projects, developments, and refurbishments.

Property Council New Zealand chief executive Leonie Freeman said, “This year’s winners truly demonstrate the impact that a property can have on the people and businesses it is designed to house. More than just beautiful buildings, the award winners shape communities, crafting spaces for New Zealanders to live, work and play. And, in turn these property owners and the property industry are important contributors to the country’s economy.”
