Rachel Pattison
Assistant Project Manager
Rachel is a Victoria University of Wellington Building Science graduate who moved from Wellington to join the TBIG Christchurch team in 2022 to begin her career in construction. Her growing project experience includes office fitouts and multiple education sector projects, including Waimarie for Lincoln University.
She easily builds rapport with others, a benefit of her previous roles working in tertiary student accommodation. Rachel is a clear, confident communicator with an eye for detail and takes the initiative in solving problems.
Rachel is a talented young professional and a highly capable project administrator. Due to her positive approach and accountability of actions on projects she had been commended by clients and secured repeat work.
She has shown great development over time under the mentorship of seniors within the company and is well on her through TBIG’s MyPath Graduate development programme.
