Fono joined our Central team in 2021 and over two years he has continued to impress our team with the autonomy and self-motivation that drives his approach to project delivery.
His project experiences have grown in scale and complexity, reflecting the confident way he has taken ownership of detailed project requirements, and the corresponding level of trust that our Project Directors place on his growing skill set.
Fono’s sector experience shows valuable diversity across a range of projects including government, commercial, education, council, apartment and seismic strengthening.
Promoted to the role of Project Manager following completion of TBIG’s MyPath 1 training programme, Fono is making the most of every opportunity, earning him respect from clients and project teams.
