Olly is a highly experienced Project Controller and Engineering Scheduler with a strong background in civil engineering. He has supported global clients on large-scale and complex construction projects for rail, technology, infrastructure, commercial and pharmaceutical projects for over 15 years.
More than just a planner, he sits at the crossroads between the project team and the client and his insights for project control, data interrogation and reporting means risks and opportunities can be surfaced faster for better decision making.
His eye for benchmarking and dynamic project control means greater trust in the delivery team and quantifiable project progress for our clients.
