He has long been one of the defining personalities within our business; the go-to for his immense bank of project knowledge, highly regarded clients and a builder of outstanding teams. As Managing Director, his overarching leadership anchors our business with the support of the management team. He’s been at the coal face, delivering many high profile Wellington projects from justice to memorial spaces. Ian excels at establishing teams and setting the roadmap for project success. Finance Manager

Rebecca enhances our national capability as Finance Manager, helping us grow important initiatives within the business by providing leadership in finance and accounting and analytical support for our business.

Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant and joined us from Foodstuffs North Island where she has held several roles since 2009 including Accounting Manager, Project Implementation Manager and Lead Finance Optimisation Specialist. Rebecca supports our directors and Business Managers with valuable financial information to assist with strong strategic decision making. Rebecca is part of our management team.

Corporate Services Manager

Barb is a vital member of our national team, working with our staff in her Corporate Services Manager capacity, as well as undertaking her own projects in order to steer the business in the right direction.

Barb values transparency to ensure that all parties are aware of issues before they arise, and is particularly strong at facilitating communication at all levels of the business, from management, between staff in all our branches, all the way through to her administration team. As a key member of our management team, Barb ensures accounts, admin, IT and human resources are supporting the business at all times.

Head of Marketing

Linda heads up the marketing team and is also part of the management team. She drives the strategic direction around the look, feel and interactions that reflect the strengths of The Building Intelligence Group.

With experience across media, advertising, PR and marketing, she brings value in enabling the project management teams, and the individuals in those teams, to be able to communicate their expertise, skills and style to clients. Our brand, our people and our projects all have stories and Linda’s buzz comes from sharing those.

Communications Manager

With nine years under her belt as our Communications Manager, Gaye really is the go to for stories about our people, projects and company history.

She’s always been a brand champion for who we are, and has a strong hand in all the external and internal communications that we enjoy sharing with our clients and consultants. She’s written more issues of our THINK magazine than she can remember, and loves to share social media updates about what’s happening. Her knowledge of our business and projects runs deep and she forms a great team with Head of Marketing Linda Dodge and our Graphic Designer Elle Woods.

Graphic Designer

Elle is the design guru and brand champion. Her role is to make great looking documents – both digitally and in print versions to communicate information effectively to our clients and potential clients.

A key cog in the Marketing team, she works alongside Head of Marketing Linda Dodge and Communications Manager Gaye Domanski. Elle is able to bring her years of design experience, skill and flair to external and internal communications.

Human Resources and IT are such important touchpoints to keep our business running at its best. Lisa-Michelle is undertaking this national role within business support while Kat Ford is on maternity leave.
