Stuart leads our Hawke’s Bay office which was established in 2018 to service our clients in this region. His overview of our quality management systems has been vital in obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 certification, making our company the first project management company in New Zealand to achieve this standard.

Stuart’s sector experience is diverse and deep, having worked on high-profile government projects, education, commercial, corrections and Council projects. His ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders is part of what makes him such a valuable leader of our Hawke’s Bay team.

Business Manager Central

Byron heads our Central team, and is a firm believer that project success is all about getting the right people on the project and building strong project teams and cultures within the project.

He is a highly regarded public sector and engagement specialist. Byron has a very strong local government pedigree across infrastructure projects, waterfront development projects, education, public space and social housing redevelopments. Few are as astute at managing public consultation and stakeholder relationships.

Project Manager

Karl is an experienced project manager within our growing Hawke’s Bay team and brings a strong track record in private and public sector work.  His understanding of project drivers, procurement, construction management and stakeholder engagement has been well developed through his recent experience on a wide range of projects in government, commercial, apartment and hotel sectors.

Karl has the capability to manage a project from the initial feasibility and stages, through to contract documentation, procurement, design management and construction management. Karl meets challenges head on, finding solutions and maintaining client confidence at all times.

Project Manager

Michael Gilbertson is a strong addition to our Hawke’s Bay office.  He has been exposed to a wide range of project experiences including premium office fitouts, apartments, commercial, seismic strengthening, heritage and retail projects. Michael worked as a project manager on the $3.5B Southern Response earthquake programme.  

Michael offers five years’ experience and has been exposed to a variety of unique and challenging projects, ranging from new builds to refurbishments and strengthening projects.

Project Manager

Kristy has built a career in project management after completing a Masters of Applied Science in Environmental Management.  Kristy offers four years’ valuable experience across education, health, social housing and infrastructure projects including a really interesting channel deepening infrastructure project for Lyttelton Port Company.

Her passion for the environment connects well with project opportunities in the Hawke’s Bay.
