“As an Otago girl through-and-through, I’m thrilled to have joined TBIG here in Ōtepoti. This region has always been home to me, and I truly value the opportunity to work alongside the passionate and dedicated people in our community. I’m excited to collaborate on projects that not only support Otago’s future but also showcase the strength and innovation of the people who make it such a special place,” says Tracey.

She’s particularly inspired by creating spaces that tell stories and foster deeper connections. “Working on a Living Building Challenge project was a career highlight, both a privilege and a fascinating professional journey. It’s not just about the building, it’s about the people - a shared vision for sustainability, and finding creative ways to make meaningful change.”

As our first female area lead, Tracey is a passionate advocate for women in the industry. She has been an active member of the Otago chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) since its inception, serving on the committee and previously holding the role of treasurer.

Responding to strong demand for on-the-ground expertise, Tracey and her team are managing a diverse portfolio of education and government projects. Guided by her dedication to collaboration and innovation, Tracey is committed to delivering projects that reflect the unique potential of Otago.
