We’re on the ground in Taupō
We're pleased to establish a dedicated presence in Taupō, strengthening the support we provide to clients across the Central Plateau.
With projects already underway, we're supporting infrastructure, education and community initiatives, combining strong local relationships with the expertise and capability of our national team.
This local presence enables us to work more closely with councils, iwi and hapū, contractors and project partners, bringing the expertise and coordination needed for complex delivery environments.
Senior Project Manager Elijah May is based in Taupō and is currently supporting work across the region, including generational infrastructure upgrades with Taupō District Council, and the fire remediation programme at Taupō-nui-a-Tia College with the Ministry of Education.
Elijah's approach reflects TBIG's commitment to early risk management, strong stakeholder relationships and practical project delivery.
“Being based in Taupō strengthens how we support councils, iwi and local partners across the Central Plateau. We are here to support projects that matter to the community, from local initiatives to regionally significant programmes, leveraging both local relationships with the strength of our national team,” says Bevan Botha, Business Manager Central.
If you're delivering a project across Taupō or the wider Central North Island, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can support your next project.
