James brings more than 30 years of experience in project management and development, leading projects across a diverse range of sectors from planning and consenting through to design and construction delivery. His background spans structural and civil infrastructure projects, with extensive experience working alongside local government and navigating complex Building and Resource Consent processes, including Notice of Requirement approvals.
Combining strong commercial acumen with practical delivery expertise, James is known for building trusted relationships and bringing a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every project. His technical insight, leadership experience and ability to navigate complexity help drive successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.
James is based in our Tauranga office.
