James Goodhue is TBIG’s Development & Advisory Lead, operating nationally as a development director and urban regeneration advisor. With 15 years’ experience unlocking complex projects across the public, private and Māori sectors, he exemplifies the collaborative expertise required to deliver ambitious, multi-stakeholder outcomes.
James brings a strong track record in leading large-scale urban regeneration initiatives, with a focus on creating enduring value for communities. He joins TBIG from Ngāti Toa’s Porirua housing development entity, Te Āhuru Mōwai.
His experience spans project management consulting through to commercial and residential development, working alongside iwi entities, government agencies and private sector organisations to navigate complexity and enable delivery.
James services clients nationally and is based in our Wellington office.
