Dallas is a PMP professional and takes a holistic approach to a project’s life. As Business Manager Northern, his 17 years in the industry has given him a wise commercial head, the ability to forge deep relationships and savvy market awareness. Brent understands the nature of projects, that they’re more than built form. They are about the people that make them happen, the people that will live and work in them and the contribution they make to our cities. As a Director, Brent enjoys working across all aspects of the business, seeking and encouraging new ideas and fostering people development to build a stronger business.

Sarah has 12 years industry experience, with a strong background in landscape and urban design, design management and project delivery. Her passion for design combines well with her project management capabilities to achieve high quality outcomes. 

Sarah has a solid track record delivering complex and high visibility projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, social housing, retail, recreational/community, open space, and transport. Sarah is highly invested in the success of her projects and was proud to be part of the team that delivered The Kollective, a PCNZ Merit Award winning project and Judge’s Choice Award.

Bob is a highly capable Senior Project Manager with 30 years’ experience within the construction industry, with a strong focus on horizontal and vertical construction. His understanding is full circle from site based to project teams environments to client-side relationship development. 

Bob has a broad base of experience across aeronautic, commercial, education, tertiary, retail, residential, banking and commercial projects.

Nicole is an experienced Project Manager who provides certainty for her clients through consistent and open engagement, quality processes and hands on project control.

Nicole has a very good understanding of the specific needs of managing residential builds, retail, commercial, seismic strengthening and infrastructure related projects. Nicole has gained a solid footing in the industry, developing sound end to end project management skills over four years and she has a strong connection to her Bay of Plenty community. Nicole is passionate about achieving project delivery through building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders and implementing a best for project approach.
