Zac is a practical, solutions-focused project manager with strong end-to-end experience across building upgrades, staff facilities, civil construction, utility corridors, and road infrastructure. He works confidently through all stages of the project life cycle, coordinating architects, engineers, and specialist consultants to deliver outcomes that meet client and business needs.
Experienced in procurement through both panel and open tender processes, Zac is highly proficient in NZS3910 contract management for work ranging in scale and complexity. Known for his calm, organised, and hands-on approach, he thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in delivering outcomes that make a tangible difference across the Waikato region.
