Senior Project Manager
Simon is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex commercial, education, workplace and seismic strengthening projects across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He provides leadership across the full project lifecycle, from business case development and project planning through to procurement, construction delivery and project completion.
Known for his pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills, Simon works closely with clients, consultants and project teams to navigate complexity and maintain momentum throughout project delivery. His experience includes major public sector, education and workplace projects, along with projects delivered within live operational environments.
His clients include Parliamentary Service, the Department of Corrections, the Ministry for Primary Industries, the Ministry of Education, Scots College and Kāpiti Coast District Council.
Simon is based in our Wellington team.
