Sinea Alexander
Project Manager
Sinea is a Project Manager based in Hawke's Bay, specialising in public sector construction, redevelopment and civic infrastructure projects.
She has experience delivering projects for government, local authority and community sector clients, providing project management, design management, procurement support, contract administration and construction monitoring services across the full project lifecycle.
Her experience includes Ministry of Education school redevelopments, the Ministry of Justice Hastings Māori Land Court fit-out, and Napier City Council's Te Kete Civic Precinct development. She has worked across large, multi-stakeholder programmes and smaller, complex projects requiring careful planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
With a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington, Sinea combines her technical construction knowledge with a collaborative approach, attention to detail and ability to build trusted relationships that support successful project delivery.
Sinea is based in our Napier office.
