Nicole has a very good understanding of the specific needs of managing residential builds, retail, commercial, seismic strengthening and infrastructure related projects. Nicole has gained a solid footing in the industry, developing sound end to end project management skills over five years and she has a strong connection to her Bay of Plenty community. Nicole is passionate about achieving project delivery through building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders and implementing a best for project approach.
