Ian brings steady leadership, commercial insight, and deep project experience to support our teams and clients across a broad geographic footprint. He has a passion for project leadership and governance. He has been instrumental in establishing strong trust from our clients in his project strategy and implementation expertise.
Ian has worked across the full project lifecycle in both the UK and New Zealand, including design, construction, and consultancy roles. His strengths lie in programme leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to navigate complex delivery environments with calm and clarity.
Ian has led major education, civic, health, and retail projects throughout the South Island, including work in live environments where safety, sequencing, and collaboration are key. Known for his pragmatic style and focus on relationships, Ian brings a grounded, practical perspective to every project.
Ian is based in our Christchurch office.
