Barb is a vital member of our national team, leading an extensive team in her capacity as General Manager People & Systems. She leads projects to champion new initiatives in HR, wellness and technology.
She values transparency to ensure that all parties are aware of issues before they arise, and is particularly strong at facilitating communication at all levels of the business.
As a key member of our management team, Barb ensures accounts, admin, IT and human resources are supporting the business at all times.
Barb is based in our Wellington office.
