HR Advisor
As HR Advisor, Becs works alongside our GM People & Systems to deliver a range of people-focused initiatives across the business. Her responsibilities include supporting learning and development, onboarding new employees, and coordinating HR processes and systems that help our people thrive.
With a strong passion for people, learning and continuous improvement, Becs brings experience across human resources, health and safety, and customer service. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Health and Safety Management, and is an Accredited Professional Human Resources New Zealand (APHRNZ) professional.
Becs builds strong relationships across the business and is passionate about supporting our people. She is often one of the first people new employees meet and takes pride in helping them feel welcome, connected and part of the team.
Becs is based in our Christchurch office.
