HR Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, Becs works alongside our Corporate Services Manager to deliver a range of people focused initiatives. These include TBIG’s Learning and Development Programme, onboarding of our new employees and providing administrative support for TBIG’s HR processes and systems. Becs will be a big contributor to ideas that support our people and culture.  

Becs is a people person with a strong passion for learning and personal development. She’s recently completed a Graduate Diploma in HR Management and is excited to put what she has learnt to great use. Her background in operations, quality, health and safety and customer service has given Becs a very complementary skill set to excel in this role. 

Her health and safety skills are well utilised in this role, and she is instrumental in ensuring TBIG is compliant in the health and safety space.   

She is the first touch point for new and existing personnel and makes everyone feel welcome as they join our company. 

Becs is based in our Christchurch office.
