A new landmark hotel called The Langlands, has opened in Invercargill. The complexity and scale of the project saw the Invercargill Licensing Trust enlist The Building Intelligence Group as project managers to bring independent leadership to this flagship project. The project team that made it happen included Leighs Construction and Warren and Mahoney.

The 3,000m2 site on the corner of Dee and Don Streets is an optimal CBD location. Stage one of the seven level development contains 78 guest rooms, function / conference facilities, rooftop function space with terracing, carparking and eateries and bars. What an exciting new hotel on the city’s skyline.
