To meet significant neighbourhood growth, Te kura o Manunui will double the capacity of the existing Brookfield Primary School.

The new build is comprised of three main buildings and associated infrastructure and it includes a new hall and administration block, two two-storey classroom blocks, access roads, car parks, outside play and learning areas and sports facilities and landscaping.

The project team comprises TBIG as the Project Managers, Form Building & Developments partnering with ASC Architects and BGT Structures, the Ministry of Education, the School, and Tangata Whenua, who have a strong connection to the existing Te Kura o Manunui and the land that the new School is being constructed on. A collaborative design process saw strong engagement with the School and Tangata Whenua.
