Spark Square

On a prominent corner of Cathedral Square in Christchurch, Spark New Zealand has brought 450 of its people together in an innovative new office with a central atrium.

As the primary tenant of a new five level mixed-use building, Spark occupies 5,000m² of office space over three floors with the design fulfilling Spark’s vision for quality accommodation with flexibility in design. This diamond in the Square has a NABERSNZ 4.5 star energy efficiency rating.

The Building Intelligence Group’s long history in working with Spark on national accommodation projects was a big factor in understanding Spark’s requirements. Our role started with accommodation sourcing support, advising on the Development Agreement and Base Building Performance Specifications, followed by managing the fitout integration into the base build.
