Mel is a long-standing senior member of our company and after 17 years in a project delivery capacity has taken up a role within our Strategic Advisory team as a Commercial Advisor, focusing on providing strategic and technical Project Management advisory.
Mel has specialist expertise in commercial premises procurement including provision of technical advice into Development Agreements. Her strong history in project management delivery means she is able to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice on strategic planning, project governance and delivery.
Over 20 years, Mel has been involved in many of the significant government workplace projects in the Wellington region, and she understands the key criteria for successful project delivery.
Mel brings enormous capability to our Strategic Advisory team. She is known widely and is well respected within the Wellington construction market.
