Helen Moate
Senior Project Manager
Helen was awarded Consultant of the Year in the 2023 NZIOB People Awards which is testament to Helen’s personal and professional mana.
She brings nine years of construction management experience to our Wellington team, working as a Client Project Manager and Design Manager for a major construction company where she led multiple large scale projects. This design to crane perspective has given her a strong technical eye, combined with an intuition for working closely with stakeholders. Helen has a strong interest in championing broader outcomes on projects.
Confident as a leader, working with multi-disciplinary teams, Helen has worked on a wide spectrum of projects including health, commercial and government new builds and fitouts, social housing, heritage and seismic.
Helen delivered the multiple award winning new Te Wao Nui Wellington Children’s Hospital, before joining our team.
Helen is passionate about giving back to the industry. Helen has been a Wellington NAWIC Committee member and past Chair for some time and is also a NZIOB Wellington Committee member.
