Emily Townshend
Project Manager
Emily is a Project Manager with experience delivering health, justice, education, and public sector projects. She brings a client-focused approach to project delivery, with expertise in contract administration, stakeholder engagement and supporting projects through design, procurement and construction.
Her recent experience includes Health New Zealand's Interim Inpatient Unit Capacity Expansion project as Engineer's Representative Assistant, the Ara Institute of Canterbury C Block Seismic Strengthening and Refit project, and work supporting Ministry of Justice developments. These projects have enabled her to build experience across live environments, seismic strengthening and complex stakeholder settings.
Drawing on experience across both engineering and architectural disciplines, Emily works closely with clients, consultants and project teams to help maintain momentum and support successful delivery. She holds a Graduate Diploma and PMP® certification and is committed to continuing her growth within the project management profession.
Emily is based in our Christchurch office.
