Tess is a highly experienced Project Director and she is leading our southern team, having established a strong base in our Invercargill office.

Tess’s successes are founded on forging strong trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders, based on trust, exceptional service and a sense of humour that galvanises teams. Exceptional at establishing projects, Tess is a strategist, masterplanner and delivery specialist who takes total ownership of her projects. Her experience is reflected in the diversity of projects she has delivered including education, libraries, stadiums, commercial and justice projects.

Business Manager Southern

Ian has taken our Southern team across four offices from strength to strength. Highly skilled in developing people and business, he gives people the space to lead and take ownership.

Ian’s success is grounded on his proven ability to understand our client’s business drivers, with his head for project feasibility and business case development. With over 30 years industry experience, he has a good understanding of the nuances for business in regional centres across the South Island and the different approaches required to deliver value for clients in each region.

Project Manager 

Tamara has a passion for the built environment and has developed her career in New Zealand and Australia over eleven years of working across a wide range of project sectors.

Based in our Queenstown team, Tamara brings diverse project experience on education, commercial, government, health, airport and tertiary projects. She has worked in client-side project management consultancies and as a project engineer, giving her a wide perspective from which to add value to her projects.

Project Manager 

George is an experienced Project Manager with strong client-side consultancy experience from working on projects for property advisors Savills before joining our Queenstown team.

He has a wide spectrum of project sector experience including infrastructure, maritime, commercial, heritage, retail and hotel projects. He adds valuable experience and capacity to our Queenstown team on a range of projects for the Ministry of Education, Queenstown Airport Corporation and Queenstown Lakes District Council.
