People & Systems Coordinator
Maddy is our People & Systems Coordinator, supporting our national IT, HR and QMS teams based in the Christchurch office.
She helps keep our people, systems and processes running smoothly, working across IT, HR and QMS to support onboarding, business systems, training, compliance and day-to-day operations. Her role brings people, technology and processes together to create a positive experience for our staff and help the business operate efficiently.
With a genuine interest in people, Maddy is known for her collaborative approach and enthusiasm for supporting colleagues and helping teams work effectively together. She enjoys building strong relationships across the business and contributing to a positive, connected workplace culture.
Maddy is based in our Christchurch office.
