Laura Davis
National EA | QMS Manager
As the National Executive Support, Laura provides Board and executive support and coordination across TBIG, including direct executive assistance to the Managing Director and members of the Executive Leadership Team.
With more than 13 years at TBIG, Laura has a broad understanding of the business and plays a key role in coordinating activity across the organisation. Her responsibilities span Board and executive support, national events and business-wide initiatives, alongside responsibility for TBIG’s quality assurance framework and maintaining its ISO 9001 certification.
Laura also leads TBIG’s Project Systems and Quality Group, which brings together people from across the business to progress systems improvements, quality initiatives and opportunities to strengthen the way TBIG operates in the project management space.
She is known for her organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to keep complex and competing priorities moving.
Laura is based in our Christchurch office.
