Gemma Hattingh
Project Manager
Gemma is an acomplished Project Manager with experience across design management, construction management, and client-side project delivery. Her professional background in design gives her a strong and practical understanding of the relationship between design intent, project delivery, and successful built outcomes.
Her expertise spans 15 years across large-scale retail, commercial interior fitout, workplace strategy, and soft fitout, supported by strengths in consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement and coordinating complex, concurrent projects.
Having worked across Australia, the Middle East, the UK, and New Zealand, Gemma has an adaptable and proactive approach to projects, building positive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to support well-coordinated delivery.
Her sector experience since returning to New Zealand includes workplace and office fitouts, multi-residential, education, local government, and Napiers’ own Civic Precinct development.
Gemma is based in our Napier office.
