Byron heads our Central team, and is a firm believer that project success is all about getting the right people on the project and building strong project teams with a collaborative culture.

He is a highly regarded public sector and engagement specialist. Byron has a very strong local government pedigree across infrastructure projects, waterfront development projects, education, public space and social housing redevelopments. Few are as astute at managing public consultation and stakeholder relationships.

Byron is based in our Wellington office.
