As TBIG’s youngest ever Project Director and Waikato Lead, Jacob Bray shows just how far a journey with TBIG can take young talent with ambition and a passion for our industry.
Jacob seized the opportunity to front foot TBIG’s presence in the Waikato and hasn’t looked back, growing a team and building strong relationships with the industry. “Jacob’s enthusiastic injection of knowledge and experience into the industry as our Waikato Lead has seen him grow a strong Waikato team. We know he has the confidence to make his mark and we’re excited about Jacob’s leadership of successful projects for our clients with a goal of becoming the Consultant PM of choice in the region. He’s got a genuine passion for people and the industry, qualities that elevate good leaders. At the age of 33, we’re so proud of Jacob being a finalist in the Young Achiever of the Year category at the recent NZ Property Council Central Property People Awards.” says TBIG’s Brent Thomson, Business Manager Northern.
Jacob recently led the construction delivery of Tane te Wairoa NIWA’s specialist offices and lab facilities and ACC’s new home in central Kirikiriroa and his team are managing a wide range of education, commercial and community projects in the region.
