For their flagship gym at the Auckland Britomart, Les Mills wanted project managers who were committed to raising the bar. One of the key drivers was to embody the energy of the Les Mills experience on an enormous scale in a 2,200m² purpose built, luxury concept gym. 

This dynamic fitness centre offers a vast group fitness studio, multi-station weights equipment, specialist training areas and multi-screen video walls. All the design ingredients are supported by great attention to how the environment operates – with emphasis on air conditioning services and streamlining the connection between the spaces.

The Building Intelligence Group has worked with Les Mills on redeveloping their gyms around the country. We thrived on the challenge.
