Johns Road Subdivision

Stage 1 of the Johns Road subdivision in Belfast, Christchurch is underway as infrastructure and civil works prepare the way for an exciting new residential subdivision. 

Within the first stage, the proposal is for a mix of 2,500 residential sections, a new primary school and a commercial subdivision.

The Building Intelligence Group’s role encompasses tendering, evaluation and award of the contract to the main contractor, onsite construction monitoring and programme monitoring. Construction includes major earthworks, stormwater and wastewater, electrical and data/comms networks, roading networks, footpaths and landscaping and lighting.
