Local thinking in Te Matau-a-Māui
Project Director | Hawke’s Bay Lead Stu Lyons talks about the growth of his team and the importance of relationship building in THE Hawke’s bay Te-MaTAU-A-MĀUI region.
TBIG’s people are in more places, with more local faces than any other project management consultancy across New Zealand, with 13 locations around the motu delivering great projects. I’m proud to be part of TBIG’s regional journey, with our Te Matau-a-Māui office in Napier being a catalyst for TBIG to bring professional consultancy to the regions in a meaningful way.
Our team is growing, and as a result we have moved into a great new space in the CBD at Level 1, 112 Hastings Street. The larger office allows us room for future expansion, and the central location keeps us connected to the area. With additional meeting rooms and VC facilities, we look forward to welcoming clients into our TBIG Napier office in the heart of the city.
My team is now seven strong, and our solid and steady growth has been built on genuine relationships and earning credibility with clients and the industry. Understanding challenges and opportunities in the region can’t be done from afar, and the key for us has been securing the right people who are invested in living, working, and making a difference in the region. We are local in every way, but with the backing of TBIG’s national lens built on 34+ years’ experience. This gives us the horsepower to apply additional capacity and expertise when called for.
TBIG’s regional strategy gives our clients the best of local and national thinking across the motu. Click here to get in touch about how we can work together in the Hawke’s Bay / Te Matau-a-Māui.
