In 2019, Chorus House in Wyndham Street in the heart of the Auckland CBD, underwent an exciting transformation, making the building a destination. The upgrade to the ground level included a redesign of the lobby interior, lifts, bathroom facilities and the conversion of nine new tenancies. The building entrance was redesigned with new glazing, canopies and lighting.

Our team managed the redevelopment and tenancy fitout requirements, integrated with the base build design. Now 66 Wyndham Street offers an exciting mix of tenancies including retail spaces, cafes, artworks, seating areas and a vibrant lobby area.
