ANZ AUCKLAND PROPERTY STRATEGY - SYLVIA PARK

ANZ Raranga at Sylvia Park Town Centre was central to ANZ’s Auckland Property strategy to amalgamate staff and operations into a centralised building. The 6,500m² multi-level campus style environment delivers connection, community and flexibility with the workplace conceived as a series of layers with a central hub on Level 7. It contains a multitude of touch down spaces, a central kitchen hub, green walls, training areas and workstations. Internal stairs between levels 7 and 8 double as an auditorium space.

The Building Intelligence Group led and managed the project life cycle including design management, value engineering, consents strategy, procurement strategy, construction management, programme and project management. Our team initiated the fast tracking of the programme and procurement items to ensure that ANZ could move into two floors in mid-May and the remaining floors were delivered, without interruption to ANZ staff’s new workplace.
