Jeremy is a well-respected Senior Project Manager in our Wellington team. He offers 12 years of experience and is known for his hands-on governance and strong problem solving skills across his projects.

Jeremy has worked on a wide spectrum of projects including large scale commercial fitouts, education, recreational, civic, heritage, hospitality, justice and social housing. Jeremy was a key member of our team on the seismic strengthening of the Majestic Centre – New Zealand’s most complex seismic project. Jeremy has earned a high level of trust with all of his clients and has a natural instinct to effectively communicate with contractors and consultants to form cohesive and well performing teams.

Jason is a highly respected Senior Project Manager based in our Invercargill office. He has exceptional local knowledge of project demands, challenges and opportunities in Southland and Otago. 

His considerable sector experience on apartments, retirement, commercial, retail, education and infrastructure projects has given him an enviable skill set which allows him to lead the full life cycle of a project from feasibility to construction. He has acted in many different capacities including development manager, design manager, project manager, cost controller and construction project manager, giving him a wide view of project delivery.

Andrew’s roles have seen him lead project teams on new build construction, redevelopment and earthquake repairs with a particular emphasis on project close out, compliance management and quality control. 

Andrew has a reputation for providing thorough service and value added, high quality outcomes and a particular strength is his attention to detail. He excels in a high-pressure environment and will do what’s required to ensure successful project close out. His sector experience includes tertiary, justice, education, commercial and science technology projects. Sean was driving part of the team behind the St Bede’s College Chapel and Performing Arts project which won the Supreme Commercial Project of the Year 2020.

As an experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Sean offers 12 years’ experience in horizontal infrastructure and vertical construction projects.

Sean’s strength is in driving projects through feasibility, design and build phases, across apartment, commercial, business parks, hospitality, infrastructure and retail projects. Sean has acted in many different capacities managing multi-disciplinary teams from concept to construction and has developed a strong skill set as project manager, senior project engineer, and design and build developer. His horizontal infrastructure experience is an asset to our team. Sean thrives in project environments requiring strong technical thinking.

Hirusha is a project management professional with over six years’ experience managing large-scale, complex new builds, civil works, service and facilities upgrade projects in New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

His project track record demonstrates a high level of trust, personal ownership and commercial awareness. Hirusha’s capability to manage the entire project lifecycle is proven on multiple projects, and he has the ability to articulate ideas and technical concepts into real project outcomes. Hirusha’s project expertise is diverse, including apartments, luxury hotels,  commercial office base build upgrades, commercial fitout and infrastructure upgrades projects.

Sarah has a solid track record delivering complex and high visibility projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, social housing, retail, recreational/community, open space, and transport. Sarah is highly invested in the success of her projects and was proud to be part of the team that delivered The Kollective, a PCNZ Merit Award winning project and Judge’s Choice Award.

Matt’s professionalism, drive and client focused approach has seen him hallmarked for a range of complex large scale project opportunities.  He is developing as a BIM specialist and he was deservedly awarded PCNZ Young Achiever of the Year in 2018.  

Matt’s drive, enthusiasm and passion for the industry stands out.  He’s a big contributor to a strong team culture through his natural way of building team relationships which puts mutual accountability and respect to the fore. Matt has got some great projects across the line, due to his ability to see the big picture and to work at the coal face controlling all facets of delivery.  He’s a strong problem solver, with the ability to identify where he can add most value on a project.

As a talented Project Manager, Milly is a core contributor within our Auckland project team. Her project experiences have grown in scale and complexity, reflecting her ownership of project outcomes.

Milly has gained valuable exposure to a range of projects including apartments, health, commercial, datacentres, fitouts and education projects. Milly is a great team player and builds an excellent rapport with clients and external team members. She was awarded Property Student of the Year at the University of Auckland in 2016. Her passion for the industry is obvious and she is a strong proponent for young graduates entering our industry.

He has achieved PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification, demonstrating his drive to build a career as a project management professional. Tom has been exposed to a solid range of projects, including education, commercial, heritage, apartments and social housing projects.

Tom meets challenges head on, finding solutions and maintaining client confidence at all times. He is a positive communicator and develops an excellent rapport with clients, consultants and stakeholders. Tom worked on the BIM pilot project for the Ministry of Education’s Spreydon School project.

As a Project Manager in our Christchurch team, Kim has proved highly tenacious and confident in handing multiple school projects and has contributed to The Building Intelligence Group’s strong reputation in the education sector. 

Kim has completed a Bachelor of Building Science (BBSC) at Victoria University of Wellington, with a major in project management and sustainable systems engineering.  She has built strong experience over five years with our Christchurch team and is a go to strong resource on a wide variety of projects.
