Sonia’s career straddles both project management and design management, gained through her strong foundations in architectural practices and project management consultancies. Sonia’s wide ranging project experience over 12 years reflects her sector diversity in education, tourism, retail, airport terminal and the arts.

Sonia’s holistic approach commences by working very closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure innovation is captured in the design and translated into strong construction execution which exceeds the Clients expectations. She takes ownership across the whole project lifecycle and takes a collaborative approach to building and motivating teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

Simon is a resourceful Project Manager who provides certainty for his clients through consistent and open engagement, quality processes and hands on management.

Simon has a very good understanding of the requirements of education, corrections, commercial and health sector projects to drive strong commercial outcomes for our clients. Simon also has a depth of UK experience, working on prisons, health, commercial and heritage projects.

He promotes strong team unity, ensuring the entire project team is invested in the project.

Tamara has a passion for the built environment and has developed her career in New Zealand and Australia over eleven years of working across a wide range of project sectors.

Based in our Queenstown team, Tamara brings diverse project experience on education, commercial, government, health, airport and tertiary projects. She has worked in client-side project management consultancies and as a project engineer, giving her a wide perspective from which to add value to her projects.

Project Manager

Daniel comes into our Christchurch team with extensive Ministry of Education school project experience behind him. He also brings the wider diversity of project experience on hotels, KiwiRail infrastructure and Southern Response Earthquake Recovery projects.

A lateral problem solver and self-starter, Daniel brings strong project control and accuracy to his projects and forms strong project team connections. Applying sustainable design to the built environment is a strong passion for Daniel, a reflection of his tertiary study where he completed a Bachelor in Architecture at Victoria University and a post grad qualification in Building Science.

Project Manager 

George is an experienced Project Manager with strong client-side consultancy experience from working on projects for property advisors Savills before joining our Queenstown team.

He has a wide spectrum of project sector experience including infrastructure, maritime, commercial, heritage, retail and hotel projects. He adds valuable experience and capacity to our Queenstown team on a range of projects for the Ministry of Education, Queenstown Airport Corporation and Queenstown Lakes District Council.

Hayley was exposed to a wide depth of projects in London and has brought this strong experience back to the NZ project environment.  

Her experience is well rounded out with successful education, Council, commercial, infrastructure and social housing projects. Hayley’s engineering background serves her well in the technical thinking that supports project delivery. She is adept at all stages in the project life-cycle encompassing project initiation and project execution plans, procurement, contracts, risk management, stakeholder management and construction management. Always a positive communicator, Hayley has a great rapport with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Assistant Project Manager

Muazam is a highly motivated postgraduate student with a desire to build a career in project management within our Christchurch team. Muazam holds a Master of Engineering Studies, endorsed in Construction Management.

Internships in the wider property industry and recent relevant work experience in construction management have given Muazam good exposure to construction, quantity surveying and project management tasks and processes.  He is gaining valuable experience on school redevelopment and new build projects and on an infrastructure civil works project.

Déan has been exposed to a solid range of project experiences, including a taste of international projects which has developed his ability to be a strong communicator, working with multiple stakeholders.

Déan quickly gains the confidence of both his clients and wider project members, a quality he developed from his professional sporting background, that has translated into a head for decision making and an ability to build a positive team culture.

His sector expertise includes hotels, infrastructure, corrections and commercial projects.

Keshav has proven his capability in supporting several strategic and high-value projects and his tenacity to learn and to progress his career has resulted in his promotion to Project Manager.

Keshav’s project experiences have grown in scale and complexity, working on a range of projects including the Whangarei District Council new Civic Centre and the Ormiston Medical Centre.

Keshav is an allrounder, he gained foundation experience as a Junior Site Engineer on social housing and health projects, following his Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management. Now he’s developing long-term professional relationships in the industry, learning from our Project Directors and taking every opportunity to build his project management skills.

Ben has impressed with his ownership of project deliverables from the start. His adaptable and energetic attitude to working as part of a team, and his grasp of what’s needed to get the job done well has seen Ben grow quickly in stature within our Auckland office and with our clients.

His promotion to Project Manager puts him on a strong growth path, as he gains exposure to a wide range of project experiences in greater scale and complexity.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Construction degree, majoring in Quantity Surveying. He has gained experience from the ground up, working in construction, managing budgets and assisting as a quantity surveyor on commercial new builds. Great foundation skills to take him forward in project management.

Annaliese has a keen interest in the property industry and took every opportunity to gain work experience in property and real estate companies while completing her Bachelor of Property degree.

This self-starter attitude has seen her become a highly valuable contributor to our Auckland team. Annaliese has gained strong experience on commercial fitouts, apartments and school redevelopment projects for the Ministry of Education.

He thrives in project environments which have an emphasis on complex capital works. His experience is sector wide across tertiary, infrastructure, residential, commercial, warehousing, heritage and hotels.

Paul has high commercial awareness of project opportunities in the Southern region.

Lauren was drawn to a career in project management after completing a Bachelor of Building Science degree, majoring in Project Management.

Lauren has a good grounding in administrative support functions and processes and brings this strong organisational ability to her role as an Assistant Project Manager within our Christchurch team. Lauren is handling day to day processes on a wide range of projects in the education sector. She also has an affinity with health related projects, having provided project administrative support for healthcare organisations in Australia.

Cole was drawn to a career in project management after completing a Bachelor of Building Science degree, majoring in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. Cole has strong initiative to handle day to day processes and administration, supporting our teams on Ministry of Education new school builds and social housing projects. Cole is highly adaptable to new challenges and has a natural ability to liaise and work with project teams.

Assistant Project Manager

Mitchell has built a solid footing in project management following his Bachelor of Building Science degree. He has developed a strong skill set as his project experiences have grown in diversity across residential rebuild, building surveying, asset maintenance and construction projects. Mitchell is a Certified Project Management Professional. 

Mitchell gained significant experience on the Southern Response repair and rebuild programme, which gained him a strong understanding of remedial works from assessment to design and construction performance.

Bayley is a highly motivated graduate, starting his career in project management after building a strong interest in our industry during his rewarding time as a Keystone Trust scholarship recipient.

Bayley has completed a conjoint Bachelor degree in Commerce and Property, while also gaining some good foundation skills in commercial property leasing while he studied. As a result, he’s hit the ground running with some great self-management and planning skills and a real ability to work and communicate confidently within teams
